This was my second wedding at Green Meadows Farm in 2022, a charming venue just outside of Frederick MD. The farm has a very modern reception hall on one side of the grounds and very rustic barn on the other. The farm is also a petting zoo, and while this December wedding was a little to chilly to visit with the animals, we could hear the goats from under the floorboards of the barn. Carly and Andrew’s guests filled up the seating in the barn, and while it was a bit nippy, there was a warm current of family togetherness running throughout. Later at the reception, the crowd took to the dance floor with vigor, and we even had a conga line going at one point! Big shout out to the venue staff on keeping the event festive and lively! For this event, I provided independent sound systems for both the ceremony in the barn and the reception in the banquet hall. I provided wireless clip-on mic’s for both the officiant and the groom for the ceremony, and a wireless handheld mic for speeches during the reception. I also provided uplighting and dance floor lighting for the banquet hall.
