St. Francis Hall is an absolutely splendid place for a wedding, or for any special event. It’s located in the northern part of NE Washington DC, is easy to get to, AND has a parking lot directly across from it (big plus)! It’s in the middle of a quaint residential area, so it doesn’t have a downtown feel to it.
The couple provided a wonderful outline of the music they wanted for their ceremony and reception, and the guests really enjoyed it. The hall has it’s own sound system, which sounded great. I provided a wireless clip-on mic for the officiant, which helped make the ceremony easier to hear. The hall provided wireless microphones for the toasts. I set up a pair of lighting trusses on either side of the stage in order to enhance the dancing during the reception.
