The Maryland National Golf Club is a little out of the way, but what an incredible view! The outdoor area used for the ceremony for this event is grand and picturesque (if a bit windy.) The reception was held in the main hall and had an amazing fireplace in the center of the room.
The couple was very helpful in putting together a great list of songs for the key moments. For the dinner music, the general theme was country tunes and romantic ballads, with lots of suggestions from the bride. I was happy to be able to improvise with the dinner selection, as well as during the dance part of the reception. There were great requests from the guests as well!
For this event, I provided two sound systems, one for the ceremony outside and another for the reception inside. I provided music for the ceremony, including the processional and the recessional. I provided the DJ set for both the dinner and the reception. I brought two compact lighting trusses with moving lights, as well as the full uplighting package around the perimeter of the reception hall. I also provided a wireless clip-on mic for the officiant during the ceremony, and a wireless handheld mic for toasts during the reception.
